This is the application form for the Open Piano/Open Stage at the “Digital Arts and Creatives Festa Ginza” (DAC Festa Ginza) . If you haven’t checked the application requirements, please refer to the DAC Festa Ginza’s open call page.
This application form is exclusively for “General” (junior high school or older). If you’re an elementary school student, please apply through the Super Kidsgeneral category.
